"Someone call about a mystery?"

That is what Autumn Velma asked as she entered our living room all ready to go for Halloween night.

She has had a special place in heart for Scooby Doo quite some time now so of course we weren't surprised when she asked us if we could all dress up as the Scooby Doo gang for Halloween this year.

Our church always goes all out for the Fall Festival on Halloween each year so that was our first stop. 

There were various game booths, several jumping blowups, cake walks, hayrides to marshmallow roasts, food, and a bmx show.  OH and rain, lots of cold rain. Which was a complete bummer but we enjoyed what we could for as long as possible.

AND we invited little Miss E {the girl I used to watch}. The girls were all so excited to spend some time together!

It was so funny at church because NO ONE recognized Autumn. Everyone would look at her and then up at me and Dustin before they realized who she was! A few people did ask where Fred was to which I told D we should have dressed O up and brought him along with us.

Once we were done there, we headed to D's work then my parents house to trick or treat.

It was pouring down by this time but we did run up to one house {with our umbrellas} so that the girls could say they at least were able to. The rain ruined just how great our Halloween could have been but the girls still had fun with what we were able to do. We were thankful that at least we weren't up North with all of that snow! We received SO MANY compliments on our outfits. We just aren't sure how to top it next year!
