Tangled up in fun!

We celebrated Autumn's party Tangled style!
Sadly, something was wrong with my camera leaving me with mainly blurry shots of my decor and the first half of the party. It really stinks because I spent a lot of time hanging "Rapunzel's hair" {aka yellow yarn} in the dining room and made an awesome banner that looks just like the ones from the movie. I also didn't get any good pictures of the table setup which included the usual pizza and chips but I also made a super delicious fruit salsa and cinnamon chips from a recipe that I found on Pinterest.

THANKFULLY, I figured out what was going on with my camera just in time for Autumn to blow out the candle on her birthday cake. I ordered her cake from good 'ole WalMart and it was so yum!

The games were the best part of the party though! Me and Autumn printed, colored, and assembled a bunch of 3D Pascals and I hid them all over the house for the kiddos to find. The next game we played was Pin the Frying Pan to Flynn's head. This was super hilarious. Autumn pinned her frying pan on a completely different wall and poor Aubrey had to have help standing up because she got too dizzy during the spinning and kept falling over. Bless that child's heart!

Since Rapunzel is all about the hair, we set up a crazy hair booth with lots of colorful pipe cleaners, flowers, feathers, and bows for the girls to put in their hair! Each girl also had a crown and their own special Rapunzel braid!

Autumn patiently waited for it to be time to open her presents. She even let Aubrey open hers from Grammy and Pops first. Aubs face was priceless when she opened the dollhouse she had been wanting!

Autumn got some really great gifts! We bought her some sparkly purple shoes, a Wii, a Mario Brothers racing game, and some accessories for the Wii.

The kiddos played outside for a bit before Autumn passed out their goody bags that included a Rapunzel sticker book, Rapunzel notepads, Rapunzel stickers, Pascal party blowers, and candy. Autumn decided to get Avery some baby food for her little thank you gift.

Oh and I must mention that one of my greatest friends, Dana, was able to come to the party. She has been at every birthday of Autumn's except her 4th one because she had recently enlisted in the Navy. It's been such a long time since I've seen her and luckily she was able to come home for the weekend! Such a great friend!

And last but certainly not least, here's a shot of the satisfied birthday girl and her daddy!
